Recognizing a major gap in expertise around transitional moves — Crissi founded Guided Moves Realty with a mission to redefine what “full service” truly means. She saw too many clients left overwhelmed by complex moves like selling and buying at the same time or downsizing after decades in one home. Her goal? To create a process that gives clients structure, clarity, and confidence through every step.
Crissi is the planner and strategist behind the curtain – developing systems, marketing, and client support that keep everything running smoothly. While she’s architecting the processes and infrastructure that make our service model possible, she also works directly with clients through personalized planning sessions, home-transition consultations, and ongoing communication support.
